The problem people are facing about self-discipline and consistency is they don’t want to follow the process they want short-cuts but the true fact is the process it’s self is a short-cut of life .
We want everything easy within a second , like magic most of them think about reality that I will do this and this will happen everyone says they will do this and that but the reality is only 1% does what it takes , 30%are dreaming, 20% are finding the short-cuts and wasting ⏰
If you want to be great then you have to fail greatly , work greatly etc.
the bigger your dream the harder you have to work .
As @naval Ravikant says :
“Doctors won’t make you healthy.
Nutritionists won’t make you slim.
Teachers won’t make you smart.
Gurus won’t make you calm.
Mentors won’t make you rich.
Trainers won’t make you fit.
Ultimately, you have to take responsibility.
So “ Take responsibility be worthy of something “ this goes to @tim_cook [ Apple CEO spoke in one speech ].
Look at @elonmusk , @sundarpichai , etc . When the notice a problem they try to think as we think but the difference is they act immediately till what is expected is achieve (but this depends on situation) [ ** I think so **]
When you start doubting yourself it wastes you time and also energy and decreases your confidence and brings anxiety and depression to your life .
So always be confident and fight everyday work hard everyday enjoy when necessary and enjoy the process , the biggest problem of everyone is that it’s difficult to Stay Regular it’s the key to everything.
Try this framework whenever you dream or aspire to be something / to have something / achieve something then ; 1.Be specific and clear about the goal .
2.What is the process to get there .
3.Start following the process as fast as possible .
1.Be Regular.
2.And the most important thing is your Heath than any other thing never ever comprise it too much .
3.Even if you aren’t getting the desired output that you were aspiring then ;
4.Ask questions were you following the process as you mentioned before or you were cheating yourself .
5. And the most important thing is your Heath than any other thing never ever
comprise it too much .
6. Even if you aren’t getting the desired output that you were aspiring then ; 7. Ask questions were you following the process as you mentioned before or
you were cheating yourself .
8. If you weren’t cheating and still not got the desired outcome then there was
a loophole in your process or actions.
9. Now the questions here arises how to know the loop holes the answer is simple when you make a process to achieve something your inner instinct / gut will give feeling just believe it will work and never doubt it again ( but in some cases you may have to ) .
And one more thing today’s generation is facing Information Overload they are consuming unnecessary things binge watching anything !
You will shout at me saying that we must live a boring life can’t we even relax , before saying this think for a while when you parents were of your age were they binge watching Netflix or YouTube.
There is no problem in binge watching Netflix, YouTube or any other thing, the problem is what you input in your brain that will give the same output let’s understand the input gateway to our brain the input gateway is all the senses you have the eyes, nose, ears , tongue , skin
The most output you may see is the things that you repeat the most.
How are brain keeps things and what to do , you may have notice yourself that you automatically pick the phone up and start opening Instagram or YouTube it occurs due to repetition of the same thing everyday you can call it as habit you do that things subconsciously
When you repeat something based on your number of repetition it has given priority in your subconscious mind and through it you act accordingly to priority 1 then 2 but doesn’t occur when you are aware of yourself .
Everything I wrote in this is the experience , I am a student just tried to write this thread about what I think , I may be wrong in something, Sorry for that , I you can correct then tweet :)

Some Points I like from the book Atomic Habits by @JamesClear
“The whole principle came from the idea that if you broke down everything you could think of that goes into riding a bike, and then improve it by 1 percent, you will get a significant increase when you put them all together.”
“It is so easy to overestimate the importance of one defining moment and underestimate the value of making small improvements on a daily basis. Too often, we convince ourselves that massive success requires massive action.
