tanda2 korang tengah mentally exhausted / burnout😟:
1. senang rasa annoyed dgn semua benda dan hilang sabar dgn mudah
2. experience panic attack dan anxiety kadang2 takde sebab pun, tapi benda tu jadi jugak.
3. korang takde motivasi untuk enjoy benda2 yg korang minat sebelum ni, everything seems like a burden 😕
4. kerap sakit perut / gastric / masalah digestive. rasa asid perut naik dan kerap heart-burn
5. korang kerap rasa mcm dipinggirkan oleh org sekeliling. rasa mcm korang alone… lonely
6. susah nak tidur walaupun siang tu korang dah penat kerja. walaupun mengantuk tapi tak boleh tidur langsung.
personally kalau i burnout, i akan keluar pergi karaoke, dye my hair, pergi road trip kt mana2 🤓
sometimes masalah mental akan tunjuk symptoms secara physical. so it’s really important utk check on yourself. korang share lah apa yg selalunya korang buat utk hilangkan stress / burnout? :)
