think about it... the 'subject two' albedo had taken a walk with joel... joel talks about his dad all the time... joel must've said his dad had been missing for months and suddenly his dad is now back with convenient 'memory loss' that would excuse any behavioural inconsistencies
well... if it's indeed subject two disguised as Joel's dad then it's sort of cute i suppose? he'll get to live as a human and joel will have a 'dad' again... unless it was just a way for it to get into mondstadt and then he's going to abandon joel... oh no ..
