How congress MLA'S selling their souls to other parties (majorly BJP) after getting people mandate resulting in BJP govt formation in 6 States and 1 UT.
While BJP is also by hook and crook ready to buy it is also true that they are ready for sale across country.

2016 Arunachal Pradesh

41 Congress MLAs (out of 42), including CM Pema Khandu, joined People’s Party of Arunachal. The same year, all of them switched loyalties to the BJP. Later, in the 2019 Assembly elections, the BJP retained power.

2016 Uttarakhand

The Congress govt in Uttarakhand was brought down briefly in 2016 after 9 MLAs switched sides. President's rule was imposed but revoked after SC intervened and reinstated the govt. But the Rawat govt lost in the 2017 polls to BJP.

2017 Goa

In 2017 Goa election, the Congress had 17 seats out of 40 total, still the BJP (with 13 seat) came to power with the support of one Congress MLA and 10 members from others. Later in 2019, 10 out of the 15 Congress MLA's crossed over to the BJP.

2017 Manipur 

In the 2017 assembly polls, Congress became the biggest party with 28 seats in the 60-member house. However, the BJP, which secured only 21 seats, was invited to form the government. The BJP won over nine Congress MLAs to secure a majority.

Eventhough AAP had 14 councilors BJP (with 12 xouncilors) won the Chandigarh Mayor election since one congress councilor joined BJP and rest of congress councilors abstained from voting.

2022 Manipur

The only remaining 5 CongRSS MLAs have unanimously joined the Meghalaya Democratic Alliance (MDA) NPP-led government in which BJP is also part of.
Earlier in 2021, 12 of the Congress MLAs switched sides to TMC.
