In light of today's reporting by WAPO on Phil Waldron, who visited the WH multiple times and spoke with Mark Meadows 8-10 times, I'd like to share Patrick Byrne's statement again that describes a meeting on January 5th. @emmersbrown@SethAbramson@visionsurreal@meiselasb
For some reason, Waldron admitted to briefing members of Congress, but left out the part where, according to Byrne, a delegate of VP Mike Pence was also briefed.
The latter part about Byrne's statement about Pence is open for discussion. Because we know Trump made people in the White House believe Pence was on his side, while according to Pence, the opposite was true. Byrne may have merely gotten this information wrong from someone.
Still, according to Byrne, Pence did send out a delegate to be a part of the briefing. So if Byrne's account is correct, Pence was willing to listen to the arguments as late as January 5th, the day before the insurrection.
The question is:
Is the Byrne described meeting, the same as Waldron's meeting? Or... were there multiple such meetings?
We know Mike Lindell said he had passed a note to VP Mike Pence. So does that mean Lindell was a part of this Byrne described meeting and gave his note to the Pence delegate?
What we know for sure: Patrick Byrne, Mike Lindell and Lin Wood all tweeted out a controversial document called Reclaiming a Superpower - Americans Prepare for War shortly prior to January 6th.
This was a highly controversial document, that as the last of its three remedies offered: war.
Did the Byrne/Flynn group offer Vice President Pence this highly controversial document through his delegate that was sent to attend this briefing?
Interestingly, this document also included the very image that closed the 36 page PowerPoint Coup presentation that has now widely circulated on Twitter the last few days.
Furthermore, we know Trump led a call on January 2nd with nearly 300 state legislators to coerce them into overturning the election result for him. sethabramson.substack.com/p/major-breaki…
We know state representative Mark Finchem was on this call. He, along many other of these state legislators, were pushed to write letters to VP Mike Pence with the aim to "send it back to the states."
But really: overturn the election.
Mark Finchem's letter asks Pence to hit the pause button among other things.
Moreover: Mark Finchem was a speaker at the Jan 5th rally. He was introduced by Ali Alexander, and.. the very first thing Alexander says is that Trump cited Finchem's letter and that he was there at Trump's rally.
However, this meeting never happened according to Finchem.
But... he says he gave all of this to rep Paul Gosar and he got confirmation it was delivered to Pence.
So: was the Byrne meeting the same as the Waldron meeting? Was Rep Paul Gosar part of this meeting? Did Paul Gosar hand letters from the state legislature(s) to the delegate of Mike Pence then and there? Or was Gosar present at another meeting where he was able to share this?
Another possibility is that Paul Gosar was at the White House that night and had the opportunity there to deliver materials for Pence. We know there was a White House meeting that night which among others, included Rep. Lance Gooden.
All in all, it is of the utmost importance to investigate ALL of the meetings that happened January 5th to the fullest extent possible. I argue major media still has to inform the American people properly of everything that happened the day before the insurrection.
@PamKeithFL do you know if Merrick Garland is doing anything? :)

@visionsurreal In this clip, Ali says he is excited for both January 5th and 6th. Which suggests the call happened before these dates.
Most importantly: the call was not merely attended by members of Congress, it also included state legislators. Ali does not mention any other parties on the call.
This thread includes all slides of the document titled: "Election Fraud, Foreign Interference & Options for 6 JAN" that Mark Meadows handed over to the United States House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack.
