: I'm intrigued by the attempt to disconnect violence from Revolution; it's comedy, at this point. Many Oppressed people really think they can fight violent Imperialists with non-violence. Non-violence is going to get you killed; and reinforce your loved ones' Oppression! 🤦🏾♂️
: I also think it's a bit narcissistic to make someone's death about YOURSELF! Now that they're gone, it reveals that you haven't healed from how they hurt you. [And] Instead of working to help other people escape the dead person's toxicity, you amplify it for clout! #Yikes 😢
: [Also] Now that the unfortunate soul is gone, maybe we can figure out better ways of either enlightening more unfortunate souls or simply changing the world despite them; before they pass away too...
: Some of us fail to realize that our own narcissism reveals just how similar to the deceased narcissist we are. We're so pressed about a dead person that we have to center ourselves & celebrate their death; showing how closely related we are, Psychologically.
: While the Black Panthers were developing "Survival Programs" in 'Black' neighborhoods, they were also developing BP chapters in Cuba; Algeria; Palestine; Japan; Australia, etc. They were engaged in Nation-building; they needed the alliances & resources to defeat Imperialism.
: The Panthers understood that it's necessary to tackle both Racism AND Classism, simultaneously; otherwise, neither will be tackled. You can't fight a global Nation-building Imperialist entity by focusing solely on one Oppressed group [and no others].
: Imperialists keep us Oppressed because they exploit everybody's Labor & Consumerism; many of the Oppressed want to only focus on one group (and one group only; with no balance). No one group has the numbers or the resources to win without the global [Oppressed] majority!
: The Oppressed fight each other, but we still can't Employ; Feed; Clothe; House; Educate; Inform each other; meet our own Health-Care needs; protect our own Political interests; or stop Gentrification. Meanwhile, Capitalism expands as we fight & build nothing! 😢
: Far too many Oppressed people think it's more important to be "right" & "prove points" than it is to be LIBERATED! We'll squeeze ourselves into [Class, Race, Gender] boxes & fail to balance that with mass solidarity (inclusive of all the groups); to our own detriment.
: How do people keep barking about GLOBAL Capitalist Imperialism then think they can fight a Global struggle with only 'Black' folk; or only the Feminists; or only the Socialists; or only on a National basis? I'm so confused by many of my peers! 🤔
: The Montgomery Bus Boycott was organized December 5, 1955; and lasted for 1 full year. Imagine organizing a more permanent Boycott of non-essential Capitalist Corporations, first [then the essential ones, as we circulate our Resources]; and watching Capitalism fall apart! 🎉
: I learned from Dr. Amos Wilson that the money we refuse to spend within this System is far more important than blind Consumerism. But we have to refuse to spend money permanently. He said that the Bus Boycott didn't go far enough; and I agree. Boycott permanently!
: Don't Boycott hoping that it will "change" the people in Power; it won't. They have to be bankrupted; totally Economically decimated; and the entire System has to fall apart. While that's taking place, we should be building what we'll need when it finally collapses.
