Sir, if you take a look at this thread, you will notice that other citizens are complaining about the embassies in Atlanta, New York, London, Germany, Ottawa, and other embassies around the world.

We can’t accept any extortion from the embassy officials. Here is one of the tweets under the main thread. The Ambassador of Nigeria in Atlanta @smaila_amira need to explain why they’re charging a walk-in fee. We’re asking that the ambassador to cancel the fee.

If a hotline is not possible, please set up an email or chat that should address these issues. The email should be made public. Citizens can open tickets and someone should follow up with the case.
