So, here's how my day went . . . arrived back home late from TB practice, set me behind in trying to write anything because I had to pick up my son at the airport, but before that I needed to get my car from the shop where it had been all weekend since Friday since it was >>
overheating (fortunately I have an extended warranty, so any other company can stop calling). I picked it up 20 minutes before they closed and went from there to the airport to my son's 6:30 flight arrival. But on the way, wouldn't you know, at an intersection, it makes an odd >>
noise that I'd never heard and see some steam/smoke from under the car. But then it stopped, so I continued to the airport with no issues and was there in time for the airline arrival, which actually landed 10 minutes early, to pick up my son. But, on the way home >>
the temperature gauge starts to slowly rise and about 2-3 miles from the airport and right before Armenia exit, the car starts to overheat, again. So, have to find somewhere safe to pull off and, for the second time in four days, have to call a tow truck to get it towed >>
back to the shop where it was just worked on so it can be looked at once again. Meanwhile, my wife has to come pick up me and my son to bring us home, where I finally got something to eat. And, finally, can get down to writing something. How's your day? -30-
