Did you ever hear of "The Last V-8" for the C64? I enjoy browsing through digital copies of old computer magazines as well as using YouTube to check out the games I never got to see before. Most recently The Last V-8, which promises a "realistic life simulation". 🤔 
The video makes it look kinda cool albeit super rough and very limited. There's not much to do except drive through some overhead maps and it's very short, with only three levels.
I found a blog with additional details. Turns out only the C128 version has three levels; other platforms only had two levels!

From what I see it feels like a prototype that should have then been developed into a real game, like a faster-paced AutoDuel with more emphasis on collection quests and racing against time. A missed opportunity!
