I’m a severely immunocompromised law student. My docs are v. nervous about my being on-campus for Spring ‘22, as am I. My school is not offering remote classes, and said no to accommodating with hybrid options.

I’m appealing w/ the students w/ disabilities office next week, but I’ve been told their sentiment is “If you can’t safely be on campus because of COVID, then take a medical leave,” (making it not their responsibility).
I would appreciate any advice on how to approach them. I want to be firm and make it clear that a hybrid/remote accommodation is reasonable. I’ll take any help/tips y’all have!
