Employees can work in chat support for customers or merchants instead. In addition to making the food deliveries, employees will be reviewed on their performance. The delivery app’s goal is to allow employees to understand and empathize with the experience of the delivery person
If you’re building software that involves the physical world such as logistics or delivery, it’s smart to see how the world impacts its use

One thing I think founders should do, is assess their company from the lens of someone looking to join, what are the positives, the negatives, the opportunities? Crucial when it comes to recruiting
Let’s you think about it if the type of talent you seek would be willing to join your company at whatever stage it is
You can even be realistic with yourself, especially as someone with a bunch of experience..if you were not the founder would you leave your job at a hyper growth startup or in big tech to join this? What would you need to see to convince yourself?

Why do people who create software for a living, believe they are more knowledgeable than others about the fields they work in everyday? I see this across medicine, politics etc
Y’all have a surface level understanding of other industries AT BEST
People pass off surface level knowledge for deep knowledge on here everyday, because they read an article or a thread
