📌 | Clients are what keep our businesses running. If you're a beginner, it would be a new experience for you to deal with clients.

📍 | Which means you would be unaware of the "do's & don'ts", the "correct approach" etc.

📍 | So in this thread, I gathered skills that you should have to deal with clients in a professional manner, & tips that can help you win their loyalty.

1⃣ | Hear & understand their needs. The first important skills you should have, are being a good listener & understanding what they need.

2⃣ | Communication. This is an essential skill that you should have, whether you want to win a picky client, or help a confused client understand what they really want.

3⃣ | Ask them for references. Do ask them for references that can help you determine what they're willing to go for.

4⃣ | Consider their payment as an "Investment". An important tip, if you want to make or advise them to increase their budget.
