In a Press conference in February 2014, Kejriwal spoke of βdecisive battleβ that he was going to fight for the people of this country: βThe battle against corruption.βπͺ
Kejriwal alleged that the "central government" and "Reliance Industries Limited" had colluded to create an artificial scarcity of natural gas produced in the Krishna Godavari gas basin, thereby increasing its price across the country.π±
Some more cute statements from Kejriwal during the time he could just smell corruption everywhere -
βHamara manana hai ki mehangai humare desh mein bhrashtachaar ki wajah se ho rahi haiβ
βHume is bhrashtachaar se sakti se nipatna hogaβπ€ͺ
ACB was directed to pursue criminal charges and file a First Information Report (FIR) against "Mukesh Ambani" & some more - Big deal, right! It is!
This stunt got him the needed public attention. Why I call it stunt... Keep reading..

Innocent people of Delhi who had been trapped in the dirty politics of BJP & Congress saw him as the man with the WILL to change politics of the country! He was seen THE ONE!π
This was a big move in 2014 and no one knows why he did not care to follow up on this BIG corruption case anymore. How he managed to get out of this stunt. Simply by putting anther stunt that could divert public attention.
The second stunt came three days later, when Kejriwal made a dramatic exit from his post on 14 February 2014 over his inability to introduce the Delhi Jan Lokpal Bill.
NOTE: he does not ACTIVELY talk about passing "Jan Lokpal Bill" anymore.
Delhi, at this point, was under presidentβs rule and the central government was reorienting itself under the leadership of Narendra Modi and the game of curtailing power started or was allowed to start. Why I say was allowed to start... keep reading...
AAPβs got resounding victory in 2015. The The decisive battle, it would appear, has fallen off the priority chart.
According to Jaiswal, one of the complainants, βThe investigation is not going anywhere because π΄π π²πππππππ πππ ππππ πππ πππππ.
Per Prashant Bhushan - βIf (the Delhi government) were serious about the investigation, they could write an application to the Delhi High Courtβwhere the matter of the ACBβs authority is pendingβciting the reason why the investigation is stalled.β
So Is Kejriwal not interested?
ACB Officials are not willing to share anything about this case, only man to speak is "Manish Sisodia" (head of the Directorate of Vigilance) who has chosen not to respond.
This was the one of many corruption stunts that brought Kejriwal to power and Sisodia remains silent on any update on this case. So Is AAP really against Corruption?ππ

First thought that comes to my mind is "Foundation of AAPβ. Isnβt the placement of Kejriwal strategically planned and well thought of? Thinking who benefited from it the most (2/n)
Wasnβt it designed as an alternate to secular and liberal vote bank against Congress which BJP knew it would not be able to appeal? (3/n)
