1. Donald Trump spent months planning the January 6 telling his followers lies about election fraud & encouraging them to “fight” for him. He tweeted about a big protest in D.C. that would be “wild”. It definitely was not peaceful.

2. Despite chatter of planned violence on social media & law enforcement intelligence Donald Trump did not arrange appropriate security & crowd control for his Jan. 6 rally. His last minute appointees cleared a path for the storming of the Capitol

4. After the Capitol was stormed & people died, Donald Trump tweets. He tells insurrectionists he loves them. Then with his followers planning more violence online he tweets he will not attend the inauguration. He will not honor a peaceful transfer of power.

5.Donald Trump was not planning a peaceful rally. Trump campaign & dark money groups invested in getting as many people to Washington as possible for a “Wild” protest. People came to be “Wild”

6. Donald Trump & his campaign started grooming his supporters for violence when they realized they were down in the polls. He brought the “Trump Army” to attack our Capitol on January 6.

When Donald Trump knew he would lose the election he incited his supporters to disrupt democratic elections to help install him as an dictator.

There was no permit for a March to the Capitol but Donald Trump sent them anyway knowing there was not proper security in place.
