Ah why not, it's been a weird year but here's some stuff I'm proud of:
Did some work I'm really proud of in my last months at The Tab. This story on unis hiring investigators to deal with students accused of sexual assault made the nationals: thetab.com/uk/2021/06/14/…
And had a blast with @Gabriel_Pogrund unravelling the mystery of Heather Coffey, the Oxfordshire housewife who left £450,000 to the Conservatives in her will thetimes.co.uk/article/heathe…
Then got a new job at @BigIssue. It's been really exciting covering activism and protest - this was probably my favourite so far bigissue.com/news/activism/…
Another highlight was speaking to a pair of Insulate Britain activists just before they were jailed for blocking the M25
Beyond all the tabloid frothing, it was fascinating to hear why they're willing to do time for the cause of insulating houses
And this interview with @munyachawawa was a blast - surreal seeing a 1,000 word interview you’ve written in print
✨have actually been very lucky to work with a massive number of really great people - some for years, some for a couple of days. Grateful for that, and for the opportunities. Here’s to more next year ✨
