It would appear that Artur made a phone call from where he was being detained to discuss his arrest. 2/ 
In the first part Artur suggests he and his brother attended the even in order to de-escalate things as he claims there were those in attendance who wanted to do more than merely protest. 3/
Okay, that is an interesting claim considering what was recorded by Derek Storie prior to his live feed failing.

Also, note the anti-vaxx conspiracy rhetoric because it picks up. 5/
Dawid claims the vaccine is killing people and that those advocating for them are essentially murderers. Also, those people need to be court martialed for treason because Dawid really likes authoritarian control despite the cries of "freedom!" from the sheep in the crowd. 6/
And far from de-escalating, Artur tells a whimsical story about kidnapping politicians and assaulting them just before the feed dies. 7/
In any case, I did create a Pawlowski cut of the video if anyone wants to see all the interactions that took place at the Minister of Health's home. 8/
Back to the call from jail, Pawlowski provides his take on the arrest with the requisite histrionic name calling that we have come to expect from Artur and Dawid. 9/
I find this one to be quite telling in that it doesn't matter what tyrant you pick to describe the government suggesting that this is simply all performative.
