Here's why...
The next person potentially in leadership may not be as inept, may be better liked, may be perceived as doing a "better job" and in the 2 years we have until (1)
we're supposedly allowed to have an election things can dramatically change.
Here is a government so hell bent on seizing control they've used a pandemic to do so. To pass laws through in the guise of "safety" or for the good of the people.
There's nothing of benefit to us.(2)
I'll not be surprised if somehow they go full on fascist and pass a bill to say that an election cannot be called unless it's by them.
We are teetering on the edge, no, in free fall towards Autocracy.
(3)
Autocracy is a system of government in which absolute power over a state (or country) is concentrated in the hands of one person. Their decisions are subject to neither external legal restraints nor regularized mechanisms of popular control.
So when judicial review disappears (4)
So does any semblance of democracy. They'll be without challenge.
I don't want that, do you?

Me : Why are you giving out this misinformation?

Her : These vaccines are dangerous to kids
Me : Not as much as a danger as long COVID and the damage that can cause children.
Let me ask you something, are you vaccinated against polio?
Her : Well yes but that's been tested
Me : So do you agree that at one point in time vaccines
