Day 3/7: Himala talaga ung number of consults noong officially ER duty ako 😭♥️ Sana talaga tuloy tuloy na ung pagbago ng kapalaran chrrr

First time to witness an Upper GI series today! ⚕️😊

Today I had to make a referral to the doctor who almost made me quit medicine entirely. And while she was quick to point out my mishaps (as per usual), alam kong mas matatag na ako kasi nalagpasan ko na talaga ung paghihirap na iyon. You still have come so far, self. 👍🤗

First month of residency done & para bang wala akong ginawang tama, na kahit anong sakripisyo di pa rin sapat. But I guess in residency what matters is that you show up even if you feel inadequate, even if you'd rather choose another path. We live to fight another day.

Plot twist: Received "Good job" comments from both a consultant and two senior residents, for two different situations 😭💕 This is probably the go signal for me to acknowledge the progress I have made. And these comments don't come every day, so thank you Lord.🙏 ♥️

Almost five months into residency training & I just want to tell my Hospital Playlist fan self, real-life training is far different from what you've seen in Yulje HAHAHA haaay.

Currently in my from state & the most difficult carryout is to compartmentalize all my feelings as my favorite Hema teenager patient just passed away. Sobrang sobrang struggle magpatakbo ng wards ngayon.😭😭😭

Acute resident failure, drained af, struggling to filter out thoughts of quitting this job altogether. Due for job replacement therapy.
