First start with the filters. I filter by ONLY the ask side. I tinker with the premium and test with $10k, $25k, $100k, and $500k to see what each size whale is up to. For $AAPL, $10k whales are too saturated,

In the flow, click on $AAPL to open the historical flow. I then click "see today's breakdown" to find the most active chains. I also look at Highest OI Increase. Here we verify, today mostly calls were loaded!

It's important to note many of these are for a 1/7 or 1/14 expiry, meaning there's a lot of interest in that move happening in the short term for $AAPL. From here, take it to your chart and use S/R to identify a PT

For me, I see short term resistance at $175 on $AAPL and support at $170. Thus, I will be taking $175 C as my first PT for a move tomorrow, and a break over that for my ultimate $180 PT on a swing into next week.
