There was provision to reintroduce bills in 117th which had passed in 116th but dint become law yet & dint have to go through judiciary committee. However, HR1044 which was reintroduced as HR3648 was sent directly Judiciary to committee. +

And #GCbacklog is still waiting for the "swiftly" action from @RepZoeLofgren . TY!
