Ah, the Sells sentencing will be postponed — there's an internet service outage in his area right now, so he's appearing by phone instead of video, and Jackson says she's not going to sentence someone she can't see and where they can't see her, it's too important

Tanner Sells' sentencing is reset for Jan. 18 at 2pm. In the meantime, Jackson asks the defense for a bit of briefing on whether she has authority to order 14 days intermittent incarceration (aka weekends) as a condition of probation, versus a sentence of 14 days + probation
