At 19, I was lazy and had no direction.

At 20:

This was me ➔

- Slept in until 9 am
- Stayed in bed another hour on my phone
- Went to work at the bakery for $12.25 an hour
- Came back home, watched porn, scrolled TikTok, and went to bed late

Sound familiar?

Then something clicked...

I went on Twitter, and I found men who were saying things like:

- "I made $23k last month, here's how."
- "I'm 22, owned a $1M business, now I'm retired"
- "I used to waste my days being lazy and watching porn, now..."

This is how I broke the cycle and took back control.

- Stop going out and getting drunk
- Stop playing video games
- Stop scrolling Tik Tok
- Stop watching porn

Cut out the things that are stealing your time

You can only be mentored so much, at some point you have to do the work

- I was hyper-specific where I wanted to be in 5 years
- I reverse-engineered the process
- I wrote out the daily actions I had to take to get there

Another habit I picked up this year was taking my Sunday's off

This was originally for religious convictions, but it has become a blessing beyond that

- I'm more rested
- I'm less stressed
- I'm in a better mood
- I'm more productive

When you're on Twitter you'll be bombarded with new ideas

If you're like me, you'll want to do all of them

Stay in your lane, put your head down and work your ass off

Opportunities will come up at the right time

Be patient and stay focused
