Foreign bad actors are exploiting perceived inaction at the Department of Justice as a wedge issue to splinter the Democratic Party, destroy public trust in institutions, and depress voter turnout. Look for any op designed to weaken your faith in democracy.
Foreign bad actors are also spreading vaccine and mask disinformation - which increases cases, hospitalization & death - and then using a manufactured dissatisfaction with the government’s ability to control the pandemic as a wedge issue to suppress the vote & divide democrats.
They are also doing this with the FBI and the 1/6 committee, the Manhattan and Fulton County DA’s, and any other entity criminally investigating or civilly suing trump and the GOP. And they are also exploiting rifts in the Democratic Party over voting rights.
The sneaky thing is that people have real and reasonable concerns. The trick is to have constructive pressure campaigns about those concerns, but not to let them divide us or keep us at home in November. Their goal is for us to blame any loss on democratic institutions.
Their goal is, was, and always will be to sow chaos and rage to ultimately dismantle democracy.
