‼️BEGINNERS step-by-step GUIDE‼️ 0/8:

So you’re scrolling twitter and you see $LQDR that, $SPIRIT this, LP that, APR this, x10 that, yields on yields, (3,3), locking up, APY, swapping, DEX, degen, bridge that, farming this, and you want to get involved, you’d be stupid not to, so let’s break it down.

Just before we start I want to let you know that I’ll pin this tweet to my profile to help bring new people into DeFi on $FTM.

1: First of all you need to purchase or exchange some crypto to $FTM, the best places to purchase this on chain right now is through a CEX (central exchange) and this will be best done through @binance @BinanceUS (soon also @Felix_Exchange), you can bridge..

.. but if you know how to bridge and have crypto on chain then I’m not sure how relevant this thread is for you… once you have bought some great!, hold it there for now and let’s make ourself a wallet to send it to…

… really at this point you should invest into a hardware wallet either @Trezor or @Ledger to be playing in DeFi or crypto at all, here’s a guide on that from @FTMAlerts

.. the same information and steps minus connecting your hardware wallet, so let’s download MM and add it to your chrome browser…

… now you have this downloaded you will be given your wallet keys once you make an address, DO NOT GIVE THESE KEYS TO ANYONE… EVER, write it on paper and hide it… you know have a MM wallet but you need to now set it up so that it is compatible to the @FantomFDN blockchain…

… here is how…
a) Select network: Custom RPC and add the following:

1. Network Name: Fantom Opera
2. RPC Url: rpc.ftm.tools​
3. ChainID: 250
4. Symbol: FTM
5. Block Explorer URL: ftmscan.com​

3: Now your MM wallet is set up to be a $FTM degen but we have to send your $FTM from binance over to your wallet by clicking withdraw on binance, ftm network, and ENSURE you type YOUR correct address or lose your $FTM, I’ve highlighted this fake wallet’s address as example only!

4: Amazing, you are now on the blockchain, what the frick do I do now then?

a) swap whatever amount you want below 50% to LQDR
b) once you have done this go to liquidity, add the two tokens together, 50%,50% each to provide the liquidity
c) click supply, your first LP is made.. what now?

7: Head on over to @LiquidDriver to provide your first LP into a farm
a) find the farm of the LP you have just provided to, here it is LQDR/FTM
b) Hit stake, then hit confirm
c) Enjoy your HUGE 149% APR

8: Now it’s down to you to have a play + look around the top projects on @FantomFDN $SPIRIT, $BOO, $LQDR, $BEETS, $SCREAM etc and learn from others on twitter, there’s an abundance of wealth and education for free, especially in those that I tag below… welcome you filthy degen!
