In the early 19th century, Moshe Mizrahi, a Jew from Shamakhi, declared himself the Messiah and even wrote a book about it, preached it in various parts of Azerbaijan.
He declared that the end of the world would be on February 21, 1814, and from that date the suffering of the Jews will begin to end. He promised to forgive everyone's sins. Then this date changed to 1840.
After wandering in the Ottoman Empire, the Caucasus, and Iran, and trying to spread his teachings, he came to Tabriz. Tabrizi Jews after listening to him, deemed his teachings heretical.
They wanted to capture and kill him, and he fled and hid in a Muslim neighborhood in Baku. His fate is unknown.

Vermək sözünün bu mənası dilimizə kalka tərcümə vasitəsilə ruslardan keçib — дать. Türk dilindəki "vermek" isə Amerikan ingiliscəsindəki "put out" ifadəsindəndi. Yəni ki, "(çıxardıb) vermək".
Düzü ilk baxışdan bizim dildə əks məna verirmiş kimi gələ bilər — yəni verən insan bu verdiyi zadın sahibidir ki, verməyə qərar verir. Yəni ki, bədəni üzərində qərar qadına aiddir. Lakin mahiyyətcə vermək sözü özündə seksist konnotasiya daşıyır və kişilər üçün istifadə olunmur.
Azərbaycan kontekstində vermək ancaq o halda kişilərə aid ola bilər ki, həmin şəxs gey olsun. Amerikan slenqində də seksə tez razılaşan və ya görüşə rahat gedən qadınlara "put out" ifadəsi ilə yanaşırlar, yəni ki, bizdəki kimi, "filankəs verən qızdı".

The length dictator-lovers go to defend logical fallacies is phenomenal. Meaning of whataboutism is clear: it is an irrelevant attempt by trying to deter the eyes away and to show that the premises of an opponent’s argument do not support its conclusion. Image
People who use whataboutism expect the opponent to get into defensive stance. For example, if you talk about police brutality in your own country, they are going to post a video about police brutality in another country, despite you have never mentioned it.
For example, exhibit A:
In this example, we see an infowarrior who unsuccessfully tries to justify police brutality by "pointing out hypocrisy", while completely dodging the question "why should Azerbaijani police should be brutal at all?"
