Welcome to our Twitter Spaces tonight as we host @skmakii of @CentumRE and @fmngari of @CentumRE . We discuss all things Centum Real Estate. #MwangoSpaces #CentumRealEstate . Tonight at 8 pm.
@CentumPLC real estate assets are consolidated under one vehicle called @CentumRE, owned 100% by @CentumPLC

@CentumRE is the holding company of Vipingo, Pearl Marina, Centum Development & Uhuru Heights

#MwangoSpaces #CentumRealEstate
Centum RE:

-Received an investment grade credit rating in 2020
-Has a listed bond at @NSE_PLC
-Independent board and own management team

#MwangoSpaces #CentumRealEstate
Will the wide NAV/Price gap of @CentumPLC spill over to @CentumRE when it lists or does the potential listing of @CentumRE present an opportunity for closing down of this gap?
