I am new to crypto, what should I do?

Here is a thread.

/1 dont rush.

Rushing into crypto is worse than being late into crypto

/2 Register a regulated exchange.

Start your journey with a regulated digital asset exchange.

This would be the "relatively safer" ways to a crypto journey.

Once you are comfortable with that, then you can open a bigger exchange account

/3 understand the basics of cryptoAsset

Our part 1 video is a good place to start

/4 and so is part 2

/5 start small. Use money that you are willing to lose.

5% of your income in your first investment is a good start

/6 make 3 consecutive purchase of a single asset, in span of 3 months in the same RM value.
For example buy RM100 btc in january,then RM100 btc in february,then RM100 btc in march.

This will give U a good exposure to crypto price movement & train U on dollar cost averaging (DCA)

/7 Don't aim short term for starters.

The better coins move slowly and the newcomer coins moves more volatile.

A new comer with little experience will be stuck in a limbo.

/8 make a list of coins (we call it, bags) you intend to buy at the start of the year. Do your research on what is potential.
