needless to say: this is not how dissociative disorder presents. DID is a VERY rare, professionally contested diagnosis which stems from extreme trauma and/or brain injury. It is primarily characterized by total memory blackouts. People with DID often have no idea they have DID.
people on TikTok claiming to have dissociative identity disorder are mostly just yaoi-obsessed teen girls writing extremely complex fanfictions about themselves.
