This document right here is making me ill. I don’t know how anyone can read a report like this and not full-throatily advocate for reparations for Black U.S. chattel slavery descendants. @TheBlackCaucus@NAACP - y’all need to get it together.

While helping my niece w/ her middle school history essay on changing gender roles during the roaring 20s (ex. flappers, the woman’s fight to work outside the home), I had to explain to my niece that everything her teacher had taught her on this topic applied to white women only.
