When we consider the current price of Strong in making a "fair appraisal", could we look at averages to guide us so that we can bid with more confidence?
• NFT #346 was bought for 8.5 ETH / $32,581
• This was ~75 Strong worth @ $434 per token
• This would boost our daily earnings by .2 / $87
• Meaning the boost costed us 0.86 STR per $1
• Compared to the Last 10 Sales Avg, we paid 22% more
3) Now let's have a look at the fields highlighted in red and green...
• All 3 paid ~$37-40k in total
• The Dec 21 buyer paid a higher premium due to the lower trading price of Strong
• Over double the amount of STR compared to the Jan 4 buyer
4) Lastly, the Jan 10 sale looks pretty high at $46k right? However the buyer still nabbed an ~11% discount when compared back to the average.
I'll wrap up here and say that an ETH floor may not be the best way to value NFTs with utility. Look deeper 💪🏼
