guozhen said that with work, everyone should do whats tasked of them bc if someone delays, it affects you and things that follow after as well. he suggested going to the colleague a few days before the deadline and reminding them to submit their parts so that op can -c-
-c- finish their work as well. he mentioned that he has experienced such situations before and thats why he had this method to have an earlier deadline to submit work so that eveything can be put together and submitted on time eventually. he gave the example of a translation -c-
-c- assignment and how there can be a lot to get through so in a group of 5, they'll split the work and guozhen will give a deadline 1-2 days ahead for everyone to gather and compile their work together.
