1/ Do you see people getting excited or celebrating almost to the point of salivating due to announcements of restrictions and mandates being removed, which suggests narrative change? They have learned nothing during the past two years.
2/ The official narrative is changing because it has been allowed to change, and our enemies no longer need it in its current form. The irreversible damage has been done to the economies, 60% of the human population got injected, many countries got captured nearly completely.
