12-18-2020 was the day that Michael Flynn, Sidney Powell and Patrick Byrne crashed the WH with their plan to seize voting machines using a federal force.

It was also the day of a WH Christmas party and a 9 hour WH briefing on purported election fraud by Rudy Giuliani.

Steve Bannon unveiled the 9 hour presentation, as well as the presence of Giuliani's girlfriend Dr. Maria Ryan, on his War Room podcast.

He describes it as "inside baseball." Did Bannon have a part in this? Was he there?

Bannon reveals one other notable name who was present at the White House Christmas Party: Governor Kemp. He then proceeds how there is an active pressure campaign against Kemp to open a special session of the legislature.

Giuliani tells two of his colleagues were with him.

This is what we know about the meeting with Group Flynn in the White House Oval Office: Sidney Powell and one of her lawyers was with her.

So were the colleagues Giuliani mentions here these two, or were additional lawyers from the Giuliani team present?

Giuliani publicly reveals more information about his meeting with the president. Seeing he talks so freely about it, he should have no reservations to give the @January6thCmte such details either.

He then proceeds to trash both Governor Kemp and Secretary of State Raffensperger.

@January6thCmte We know Giuliani was in the meeting with Flynn.

Now listen to him saying on December 19th: "Starting this morning, there's a completely different strategy. The strategy is gonna focus a great deal on some evidence we have about some of these machines." Audits are a part of this.

@January6thCmte It appears these three people, Byrne, Powell and Flynn, may have been able to sell their idea of seizing voting machines to Giuliani.

This needs more investigation to clear out.

Giuliani may have been in on the plan, one guy was not.

Earlier in the show, Steve Bannon declares without hesitation: "You don't need the insurrection act; you don't need to call up the army."

Not long after, the plan to use a federal force to seize voting machines was nixed.

Now that you are familiar with Rudy Giuliani's account of the Oval Office meeting. And Bannon's disdain for using the insurrection act or the army, let's read what Patrick Byrne has written about the meeting in his book The Deep Rig.

Byrne describes how he, Flynn, Powell and another attorney on Powell's team drive to the White House.

We know they were driven by 1st Amendment Praetorian.

Byrne describes how his group is able to pass all security check points without much effort.

We know Peter Navarro's staffer Garrett Ziegler was one of the people who helped with this.

As this group ends up in the Oval Office with Donald Trump, Patrick Byrne starts telling Trump how his advisors are giving him bad advice.

He claims all his advisors want is for Trump to concede.

Here is the part where Patrick Byrne describes the plan to use a federal force to audit votes and seize voting machines.

Sidney Powell then brings up an executive order from 2018 Trump signed as the legal basis for him to be able to pull off the plan: foreign interference.

Sounds familiar!

It's almost as if they created all the foreign election interference plots to be able to push this through.

Patrick Byrne then proposes to make Sidney Powell "Special Counsel" regarding election matters.

But also: to make Michael Flynn his "Field Marshall" over the whole effort!

Yes, that really happened.

The mood gets more grim. Group Flynn continues to explain how Trump can pull off the plan legally.

At the end of this segment, Patrick Byrne refers to the White House lawyers as [word that rhymes with itches.]

One of the White House lawyers, Pat Cipollone grows really angry at this point.

Cipollone says Trump can make Powell "White House Special Counsel" merely by vocal command.

However, Cipollone still continues to raise objections.

Now the mood gets really really tense!

Patrick Byrne almost gets violent. In the Oval Office nonetheless!!

And Trump? He appoints Sidney Powell "White House Special Counsel" by vocal command.

🤦‍♂️

Worse: by vocal command, Trump then grants Sidney Powell a Top Secret security clearance.

The meeting continues with Group Flynn and Giuliani in the Yellow Oval.

Byrne adds a disclaimer in his book that martial law or the insurrection act really was not discussed...

The chapter ends with Group Flynn finding out a few days later the White House Special Counsel position for Sidney Powell won't be happening.

People like Cipollone, Meadows and Bannon likely all played a part in preventing that.

Does not seem like Raffensperger was in a voluntary agreement with Giuliani.

The conspiracy to steal the election happened a long time before January 6. It's just adapted itself along the way in various forms.
