Turns out Steve Bannon's 501c4, Rule of Law Society IV, disclosed the purchase of the Wilton CT property as a subsequent event in the 2019 audited financial statements filed w NYS Charity Bureau...
...The Rule of Law Society IV board may not have been entirely upfront w their auditor about the Wilton property. It was not a "plot of land" & the decision to sell it had already been made as of the date of the auditor's opinion, Nov 13 2020...
...Here's a summary of what I know about the Wilton property transaction if someone wants to follow up. In June 202, two "Nob Hill" LLCs were registered in Delaware, one of which purchased the Wilton property from Jeffrey Satinover....

...Not familiar w Wilton CT property values but I'm going to guess they haven't declined substantially since 2014 when Jeffrey Satinover purchased the property for $1.99M. If Wilton property values haven't declined, it suggests a portion of the sale may have involved cash...

A few more comments re Mike Pompeo's official State Dept Twitter account. I still don't know where he was on Jan 6 2021. His account tweeted 18x that day but only three tweets posted at 6:16 pm referred to it....
