1/ Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to hold different leadership positions, and to know many great leaders. To all those looking to be a leader - here is my advice, take it or leave it. 🧵👇🏻
2/ What has worked for me as a leader: I've always led from the front in an outspoken way, trying to break the mold. Being a good leader is about leaning into your strengths and going all in—avoiding cookie-cutter processes. Stand up, stand out, and be proud.
3/ I love being asked to lecture at different business schools or classes. I tell the students, "I can summarize everything you need to know to lead a major corporation. Are you prepared to write this down?" And then they get all ready.
4/ I tell them everything I need to succeed as a leader:
- Listen to your employees.
- Listen to your customers.
- Shut the ef up.
- And do what they tell you.

5/ There is a genius marketing strategy we've used for every company that I've been a part of (and you shouldn't be shocked if customers love it):
- Ask your customers what they want.
- Give it to them.
- Ask your customers what they want.

6/ At T-Mobile, I really leaned into leading from the front. Being visible, understanding and setting a strategy, clearly (over) communicating, and then passionately leading from the front. And that's my advice for being a good leader. Lead from the front.
