Liaising with @uccenergy @UCCBandE @acarbery @emertwomey4 @emshorgan24 how installing Q floor's new access control system requires access to storage spaces @theriversideUCC & how this can be done safely for📚. We supervise the duration of works in the spaces each time. 3/19

Offered guest blog posts @theriversideUCC to MA in Museum Studies @uccarchaeology to describe more about their chosen objects following their library as classroom & hands-on session / 6/19
Arranged Transition Year placement for March on items in the Hawtin Collection libguides.ucc.ie/displayinghawt… 7/19
Received new collection item and placed it in appropriate housing. Before it can be made available to users it must first be listed & catalogued. 8/19
Research query received on 20th century social & sporting activities in Macroom and how/where to locate primary sources. The Irish Newspaper Archive database available @UCCLibrary is a great place to start. @IrishNewspapers  9/19
In-house testing Special Collections & Archives online request form to include messaging & calendar functions with @pjdchd. Still some niggles to sort. Then recalibrated book scanner so images don’t have a ‘yellow glow’. 10/19
In-house retrieve, process & update 44 item records identified during working from home period in the last year. @carolinephilpot & team updated 87 matching bibliographic records from earlier batch. 11/19
