Just spoke with @khalilliouane aka @getskills21 about an awesome @My_Snapshot use case for Startups, VCs + Accelerators.

Absolute game changer.

Talk about leverage.

They may already have a framework. It's different when they take the steps of:
- Defining it
- Creating a Visual Mental Model

This way startups get the playbook quickly + are focused on execution.

@khalilliouane @getskills21 @my_snapshot Every 6 months a @My_Snapshot self-assessment based on their framework is sent to their startups.

When the startups have completed their self-assessment, they get a snapshot of their current state + the VC / Accelerator gets to see their status too.

1. Evaluate the data + responses

2. Listen to the story they tell

3. Ask critical questions to reveal insights + trends - for each startup as well as a whole

1. Track their progress

2. Gauge if they're on target towards their goals

3. Review their strategy and iterate as needed

1. Reflect on how they mentor, support and accelerate the growth for each startup.

2. Spot trends across startups.

3. Review their VC / Accelerator program + internal processes to improve the education + emphasis on key topics.

To support startups gain significant momentum in a short period of time.

@khalilliouane @getskills21 @my_snapshot The assessment can be available publicly so startups curious about joining a VC / Accelerator get to complete it + experience what they're about.

A nice way of starting a potentially key relationship, on both accounts.

It's also a resource on what makes startups succeed or fail

And maybe even redefining how to build unicorns all together.

It'll be the first time such a rich data set is collected.

Who knows where this seed can grow 🌱
