Ingredients of an Academic CV

1.Name, address, email address, phone number & LinkedIn URL.

2.Education: Add your degrees, grade, school, modules (if you want), thesis and supervisors name
3. Research Experience: Talk about your undergraduate & Masters research. What articles did you review? what data did you collect? What were the findings of your research?

4.Teaching Experience: What courses did you teach? What were your responsibilities? State them
5.Work Experience: Talk about your relevant industry experience that’s related to your application. For instance; if you’re applying for Nursing, why do you have CEO, Beauty Store in your work experience?

How to find Professors or prospective supervisors in your field on Twitter, LinkedIn, and the school's website! 👇🏽

For LinkedIn & Twitter: Use the search section. Type “Professor, Film Studies”(your field). You will be amazed at what you will find.
