Hey ya'll. It's the 1st day of Black History Month and seeing as a racist ex-congress woman and a defeated press secretary turned grifting podcaster threw shade at the 1st Black Woman VP & SC Justice...

I'm uploading the video format of my previous fact checks featuring them.

Hey ya'll, I made a VP Harris Portfolio video. She has done a lot, I needed 17 slides to squeeze info in, so please understand that the video is for fun, the slides are for usage. Theme is 90s dance.

Thank you @tify330 for that thread on her portfolio. Her work is my basis.

Again, I know it's quick. That's why I post the slides under. This time they're a little more watermarked. My sole purpose is making these is to make sure people my age and younger, as well as the Black community understands that their vote is changing things for the better.

As Senator, Kamala Harris introduced the Clean School Bus Act of 2019.

This Act gives
- $2 M in grants for schools to replace diesel buses
- $1 B over 5 years to fund a Clean School Bus Program.

Thanks to her work as VP, we secured $5 B over 5 years in The Infrastructure Bill.

This is important for the environment and the health of low income children specifically Black and Brown kids.

95% of US buses run on diesel fuel. Accounting for 5 M tons in green house gases. Exposure to such fumes is linked with low test scores and poor respiratory health.

By investing in this energy transition we are reducing our carbon imprint by also protecting the safety, health, and education of our children, especially those disadvantaged by class or historical racial bias.

And no, it’s doesn’t fix everything but it’s a major step.

All these anti immigrant spaces have a common trend.

A small cohort of loud Black Americans who think EVERYONE else is getting something but them.

And that every immigrant, non Black female, lgbtq person, latin american, etc is somehow living it large and getting support

The truth is the Black electorate of our country has made HUGE momentous strides both economically and politically. And with every cycle our presence and helpful laws are coming to fruition

The idea that a policy needs to be LABELED, STAMPED, and CAMPAIGNED on, as Reparations in order for it to be beneficial to the Black Community is the silliest and most counterproductive conspiracy within the far reaches of echo chamber.
