The number plummeted in 2020 when they stopped playing due to covid.

Probably. Unfortunately, studies don't break it down by athletes. To argue that soccer players are more at risk from vaccine than disease is reasonable and not information if you got better numbers than I do.

This thread is only debunking the idea that the only explanation for increase deaths among footballers is the vaccine, when other explanations are perfectly likely, like having contracted the disease, or having contracted a cocaine/meth habit due to canceled games in 2020.

Maybe it's actually the vaccine. I can't prove it isn't. I can only show that claims blaming the vaccine are unsubstantiated.

Also, are the heart troubles associated with the vaccines (like myocarditis) the one associated with the increased deaths?
As this link shows, there are many different kinds of hearth trouble. Maybe the cause is heart problems associated with meth/cocaine.
