"Although vaccination is recognized as the cause of death by doctors and the insurance company, it has refused to pay out. The reason is because the side effects of the Corona jabs are known and published. ..." /1
"... They argue that the deceased took part in an experiment at his own risk. Covid-19 in itself is not classed as a “critical illness”."
**According to the company, an experimental vaccination resulting in death is like suicide**
/2
"The insurance company justified the refusal of payment to the family by stating that the use of experimental medication or treatments, including Corona injections, is expressly excluded from the insurance contract. ..."
/3
"... The family’s subsequent lawsuit against the insurance company has been unsuccessful."
🤔🤔🤔
To a subset of the population, this is no surprise. To a subset of the population, this is impossible.
"The court allegedly justified its ruling as follows: “The side effects of the experimental vaccine are published and the deceased could not claim to have known nothing about it when he **voluntarily** took the vaccine. ..."
(emphasis mine)
1/
"... There is no **law or mandate in France that compelled him to be vaccinated**. Hence his death is essentially suicide.” Since suicide is not covered by the policy from the outset, the insurance refuses to budge."
🤔🤔🤔
Well... There you have it. You were not **compelled**.

@jjcouey presents to Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi on Medical Doctors for COVID Ethics International yesterday (Oct. 17th) hosted by @CharlesKovess with guest appearances/discussions by @NickHudsonCT, @SenRonJohnson and @davidrasnick1.

It overlays the diarized transcriptions on the video
CSASPP July 29, 2024 update has some interesting thinking on Bonnie Henry's recission.
(Unfortunately this site doesn't have anchors so I can't send you directly to the entry. Instead just search for "29 July, 2024:" in your browser.) covidconstitutionalchallengebc.ca/status-updates
Kip's theory is that this is a business decision based on potential future liability increases. His observations that none of our actions or advocations had any DIRECT effect is probably correct.
However, despite this, the court of public opinion DOES indeed affect the courts. But understanding the mechanism at which things change is useful in how we direct our efforts.
Understanding the @IamBrookJackson case by @barnes_law from the start. (1.35x spd)
"... surely they'll step in. They realize it's a mistake. ... Then she got word back ..., well, we really can't do anything because this is happening at all the clinical trial testing sites."

"Suddenly, she's summarily fired. She reaches out and blows the whistle to the FDA anonymously, confidentially. That same afternoon, she gets a call from Pfizer's counsel on a phone number that only the FDA's confidential, secure whistleblower line knew, ..."

"..., no intention of ever prosecuting the case. I suspect they've been deliberately sabotaging your story and delaying it as long as possible before you could do it, before your information could be used to stop what they're doing."
"... redefine democracy from being about the will of the voters to being about the sanctity of democratic institutions. & who are the democratic institutions? ..., it's the military, it's NATO, it's the IMF and the World Bank. It's the mainstream media, ..."
"At the end of the day, a bunch of, you know, populist groups decide that they like a truck driver who's popular on TikTok more than the carefully constructed consensus of the NATO military brass. Well, then, from their perspective, you know, that is now an attack on democracy."
From ~47min+.
Basically, our democracy is different from their democracy. That is how the real world works now. Until we understand this and try to do something about it, nothing will change. They don't want us to do anything about it.
🤔 A while back @barnes_law claimed @sasha_latypova was wrong about the fact military contractors were involved and that if it was true then the @IamBrookJackson case had no teeth because you can't sue the government. Not sure what this means now. I'll see if I can find it again.
Before I get continue, there's been a slew of 👇 going on recently. This isn't one of those.
I am trying to keep track of what's going on & to better understand. I tend to forget details over time (small 🧠). These are my own notes which I'm sharing.
The Stiftung Corona-Ausschuss (Corona Investigation Committee) with @wodarg talks to @HousatonicLive who reveals how the drug epidemic may have contributed to the illusion of a pandemic. It also touched base with Lyme Disease.
Session 194 : Mark Kulacz
There's definitely some very interesting discussion to be heard.
- >1/2M deaths in the US (2019-2023) were opioid ODs! (for a country of 330M)
- for 2023, 1:30 who died were drug ODs!
- comparatively in 2000, OD deaths were ~22K, vs ~113K in 2023
