2/ Just contemplate how stupid the censors’ ending is. “The police rapidly figured out the whole plan and arrested all criminals, successfully preventing the bomb from exploding.” 
3/ And for those who have seen or read Fight Club, the notion that Tyler is sent to a “lunatic asylum” and “discharged in 2012” suggests the censors are also kind of stupid. It’s not just oppressive, it’s dumb.
4/ Also: how insecure is President Xi to think this edit was even necessary? This more than anything I’ve seen from the oppressive Chinese government regime gives me hope that ultimately the Chinese people will prevail and their oppressors will fail.
