@RepublicanAGs 2. In December, Louisana @AGJeffLandry, part of the @RepublicanAGs leadership team, invited RFK Jr to testify at a legislative hearing on a COVID vaccine requirement for schools.
3. @AGJeffLandry praised Children's Health Defense, the world's leading source of vaccine misinfo, and urged the panel to "listen very closely" to RFK Jr
RFK Jr. proceeded to falsely claim COVID vaccines are the “deadliest vaccine ever made"
4. Last Friday, Landry filed an amended complaint challenging the Biden administration's rule requiring health care workers to get vaccinated. The complaint does not just object to the mandate but argues that COVID-19 vaccines are dangerous & ineffective
@AGAlanWilson 6. RFK Jr, not surprisingly, is very enthused about this new lawsuit, praising Landry and highlighting the lawsuit's false claims about COVID vaccines.
@AGAlanWilson 7. @RepublicanAGs have still not commented on the 50K contribution it received from RFK's Children's Health Defense last July — A CONTRIBUTION THAT CHILDREN'S HEALTH DEFENSE ADMITS IS ILLEGAL
9. Many @RepublicanAGs sent out press releases that they were "investigating" GoFundMe for deciding to end fundraising for the Canadian truckers occupying Ottawa
This has received tons of coverage even though the claims against GoFundMe are bunk
RFK Jr. is also into it
10. Yes, please "report" me to the @RepublicanAGs for accurately describing their conduct.
@CollegeBoard@tmhuston Huston was paid over $450,000 for this role. He's already been removed from the group's leadership page. His bio has already been pulled off the website.

Twitter is great for updates and information, but the newsletter makes this reporting possible.
Republican Attorneys General (@RepublicanAGs) accepted an illegal $50,000 contribution from Children's Health Defense, RFK Jr's anti-vaccine propaganda.
The donation could threaten CHD's tax-exempt status.
@RepublicanAGs 2. Children's Health Defense is a charity. As a condition of its non-profit status with the IRS, CHD is absolutely prohibited from engaging in political activity.
@RepublicanAGs is a 527. It is dedicated to influencing elections for public office.
1. A top executive for @CollegeBoard, an organization that shapes curriculum for hundreds of thousands of high school students, is aggressively pushing to limit discussions about race and history in classrooms
@CollegeBoard@tmhuston 3. The Indiana bill pushed by Huston would prohibit any materials or instruction that support a list of poorly-defined "divisive topics."
The bill would prohibit any materials or instruction that could make someone feel "discomfort" about their race
Just spitballing but maybe the next time Spotify decides to pay $100 million for a podcast someone should listen to the podcast first
Sure, Rogan used the n-word dozens of times and told a racist story about "Planet of the Apes." But he is not defined exclusively by that. Rogan also platformed unhinged conspiracy theorist Alex Jones and misrepresented the dangers of COVID vaccines.
I am not advocating for Spotify to drop Rogan. I am not convinced it would do anything to help slow the spread of vaccine misinformation. It might accelerate it.
UPDATE: The launch of Trump's new social network, TRUTH Social, has been delayed again.
First it was launching in November, then on Presidents Day in February, now Devin Nunes, the company's CEO, says he "fully expects" to launch by "the end of March."
So, as of now, the company has no product, no users, and no revenue.
Yet Trump's media company has an imputed value of over $10 billion, buoyed by retail investors who are snapping up the stock of a SPAC trying to merge with the company
That merger is under SEC investigation
NOTE: Even by Trump's own ridiculously optimistic projections, his social network is NEVER PROJECTED TO GENERATE SIGNIFICANT REVENUE
The money is supposed to come with a streaming service that will compete with NETFLIX that no one is even talking about
