We must advance a different food system in California--one that is centered in justice and health--for the Indigenous communities, the land workers, the soil, the water and the people who eat the food. We are prototyping an example with the Deep Medicine Circle. In 3 years we 3/
will present our Toolkit on how to transform our food system through agroecology. I do it for workers like Hodeyvi so that they and their families can be safe from harm and uplifted for their work to feed our families. Some patients you meet will alter the direction of your life.
