I am currently at risk of being taken to court by various parties for around 8 times the amount of money that HMRC has reclassified as tax on 'disguised remuneration' - despite declaring said money on my tax returns each year, yet @HMRCgovuk not alerting any concerns at the time.

I don't have the money - I am a victim.
This thread is about who does have most of that money and who else thinks they have a claim to it.

This week @HMRCgovuk wrote to me asking for payment and interest against APNs for 'tax' never proven due.
That is the point of the APN legislation: guilty until proven innocent.

@HMRCgovuk are also after me for payments against the #LoanCharge for *the same money*.
The point of the #LoanCharge legislation is: guilty despite being innocent.

Payment of either the APNs or the Loan Charge does not cancel out the other - HMRC are allowed to collect the same money twice, with interest.
That is the current Law, passed by @HouseofCommons via @Conservatives ministers and votes.

Despite being a victim, and unlike actual criminals such as murderers, rapists and paedophiles, I'm not allowed to have a day in court to challenge either APNs or the #LoanCharge.

This week FSCapital (the team at reidco.co.uk) wrote their most ill-conceived letter to-date demanding repayment of a loan they pretend they hold.
They don't.

I do still owe a loan, to a trust last seen somewhere between Switzerland and the British Virgin Islands in the quagmire of offshore companies that is @PraxisIFM and their complicit lawyers @HatstoneGroup.
No doubt at some point these fine folk will try and call that in.

So who has made money out of all this?

Who should @HMRCgovuk be going after for the cash they believe is due to them?

Who should @HouseofCommons and the @Conservatives be passing legislation to go after retrospectively?

The majority of the money made from these tax planning arrangements is now held by the lucky shareholders of @PraxisIFM, who owned the various K2/Lighthouse/Cirus entities, largely administered with the help of @HatstoneGroup.

Some of the money of course went to their UK promoters and arrangers, in the forms of 3PCL, Peak, Ethos 'admin', etc. - talk to @ArmadilloSupprt about them (and sorry chaps - I'm sure you've had to spend much of this money fighting your personal battles in court).

Some of the money was repurposed to 'defense funds' that ended up being laughable, with Karin Snowden (née Mountain) and co. still trying to finalise liquidation of those companies with around £4.2m in the bank.

The lovely folk at @HMRCgovuk have told the press, the @HouseofCommons & the @UKHouseofLords that it is too difficult to go after promotors, such as those above, given they did 'nothing illegal'.

Numerous FOI reveals have also shown that to the best of @HMRCgovuk knowledge we victims have also done nothing illegal; but that @HMRCgovuk knows we are soft/easy targets to come after for the money they would like to collect.

So @HouseofCommons and @UKHouseofLords can change the law to allow @HMRCgovuk to come after victims of tax planning arrangements retrospectively.

But apparently they can't, or are unwilling, to change the law to go after the architects of those arrangements retrospectively.

Their belief of loan ownership is due to actions of @PraxisIFM & @HatstoneGroup, who liquidated & handled the insolvency of a Praxis BVI entity: a contrived arrangement allowing FS Capital to acquire the assets of said company for a pittance

Through all of this I've paid for advice and support from numerous tax professionals, the worst of which is the now-infamous Phil Manley (PMTC Tax) who did sweet-FA before then doing a runner abroad with the fees he had charged so many of us victims.

Thats my story to-date.
Other's entered into, or had forced upon them, tax planning arrangements with a different chain of events, engineered for instance by the Knox/AML group of companies that Doug Barrowman of @Conservatives-dodgy-PPE-deals fame controls.

As a victim in all this, I face bankrupcy and therefore in turn, loss of my job and an inability to earn again, the loss of my house and family.

Apologies if I have got any details slightly incorrect in the above, but hey - these guys make it incredibly difficult to get hold of the hard facts.

They are, of course, all protecting their own arses.
