By responding in writing to the Mayor of Ottawa, Tamara Lich has now formally identified herself as a leader of the so-called convoy.
My thoughts are from my own experience in matter in which identifying a leader of group proved difficult.

In recent hearing Keith Wilson, a lawyer representing three convoy organizers named in the suit, argued that his clients Tamara Lich, Benjamin Dichter & Chris Barber are not personally responsible for the noise.
One letter sets off not only increased legal scrutiny but also media scrutiny of everything Tamara has ever said & done. The City of Ottawa is also going to a hearing on an injunction tomorrow. This letter may have significance.
The Leaders of illegal activities face more criminal and civil liabilities than do their blind followers.
In itself the letter is just one piece of the info on Tamara, but everything she has said & done contributes to the whole. every Facebook & twitter postings, Everything she has ever retweeted and liked.
Everything contributes to the whole legal picture as her lawyers will continue she is not personally responsible.
As we have seen south of the Border, followers of the Capitol Attack who were arrested have made claims in courts they were following the directions of a leader.
I anticipate lawyers for Tamara's blind followers who will be arrested or face civil actions will too make claims that they were only following orders. Some of these proceedings will last up to a decade
Legal proceedings can go for years. They are expensive & stressful. I predict Tamara will this week will use a tactic of attempting to negotiate an amnesty at least for herself and maybe her followers and other named leaders
Whether the advisors to the Mayor used this as tactic or not I don't know. I do know the letter will be used in future legal proceedings
Initially the police will use mischief charges, people should not be disappointed as further charges will be added such as disobeying a variety of court injunctions.
