Sexologist Dr. Cruz: Una, tanungin niyo ang isa't-isa kung ano gusto niyo gawin sa kama... Pwede niyo rin tanungin ang isa't-isa sa inyong mga fantasies. Nakakapanumbalik ito ng saya sa kama.
Sexologist Dr. Cruz: Ang sex naman kasi ay hindi naman siya pro-creation, for pleasure din siya. if you look at sex for pleasure, nakakapag-increase ito ng intimacy.
Sexologist Dr. Cruz advises couples to take sex out of the bedroom.
Sexologist Dr. Cruz: Bago mo i-share ang sarili mo at ang katawan mo sa isang tao, ay dapat kilala mo na ang katawan mo na ikaw lang at kumportable ka sa katawan mo.
Sexologist Dr. Cruz on having multiple partners with consent: Kung kayo papasok sa open relationship, napaka-importante na alam niyong lahat ang consequences. Number 2, alam niyo rin kung ano ang boundaries at limitasyon niyo sa isa't-isa.
