Ah, yes. This will be opening up a lot of litigations nation wide. Receiving notices for time period July 2017-March 2018, when the entire GST was still filled with issues. This will be fun. 🤦♂️

And this was literally the main reason why I closed that business (There were many not this major ones, as well ). The site was so glitchy that there were bound to be errors in filing, and there was no way of correcting or checking other party filings at the time. 1/2
In 2018, we received a VAT notice pertaining to 2011 because of clerical errors in filing. Thankfully, that notice fell from potential 5 lakhs+interest payout to 10,000. We let it be after that. Wasn't worth the fight, though state didn't provide any evidence for their claim. 2/2
