After reviewing open source intel, I confirmed his location at 11:30PM on Sunday night. I woke my team up at midnight and worked with them to plan it out. Travel plan, cars arranged, flights booked, questions crafted by 2AM, Monday morning.

I have some sad news to share. I recently became aware that Maxime Bernier, leader of the People's Party of Canada, has purchased and begun construction on a luxury villa on a tropical island. He has fully checked out. Here is a thread of what we know:

The purchase of this property was done quietly in his wife's name. Staff at the PPC told me that they learned about it after the fact, and were disappointed he didn't chose to live in, say, Manitoba, where he promised to move.
The purchase was executed BEFORE his election bid.
Instead of the Leader running in the current Toronto by-election, as is traditionally done for a seatless party, Bernier has been occupied with critical upgrades to his boat dock and seawall, connecting his villa to the Gulf of Mexico. Construction is happening on that right now
