Shoigu: '69.300 Ukrainian troops concentrated around the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics as well as 345 tanks.'
Shoigu referred to president Zelensky's statement suggesting that Ukraine should become a nuclear state, calling it dangerous.
Shoigu totally forgot to mention that he has moved a reported 75% of all his army units towards Ukraine. Could he, too, be suffering for amnesia?
